Our fees are guaranteed not only to save you money, but also to save you from the clutches of less scrupulous law firms, eventual disappointment, frustration and difficult claims for refunds of deposits.
Surveys: For visiting properties which are not featured on our approved list, we practice a fixed scale based on the size of the property to be inspected, plus travelling expenses. The service includes a full technical report, with photographic support.

Due diligence: We operate fixed tarifs for verification of title deeds for the land (chanote) and for the house (tabian baan) and contracts of sale.
Property Transfer and Registration: There are no lawyers fees for conveyancing as such, and although it is highly recommended, the services of a notary public are not necessarily required.
